  • Our sites’ main currency is Singapore Dollars (SGD)
  • For international order, currency will be auto converted upon checking out with paypal
  •  Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays. 
  •  We will entertain all sales and general enquiries by this e-mail :  [We will reply to your enquiries within 1-2 working days.]
  • Please do not spam us with e-mails if you do not get a reply from us within 1-2 days as we are further considering your enquiries.
  • All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
  • We will not be reserving any instocks for any customer, it will be done by a first-come-first serve basis.

How do we use your contact information?

We use your contact information for the following purposes only:

  • Registration as a user on our website
  • Manage and Maintain your user account on our website
  • Process and deliver purchases & returns
  • Deliver Review Package(s)
  • Communicate with you via email or WhatsApp and provide customer support;

Be assured that your privacy is always respected when you shop with OSC. We will not use your information for any other purpose other than those stated above.

Age 18 & Below:

  • Please only place your orders when you have seek your parents’ permission. We are not responsible for any other problems other than the orders. 


  • Upon receiving products that contain slight defects, we seek your understanding in this matter that there are no perfect squishy & we cannot control certain products containing manufacturing or minor defects.
  • Items that are severely defected would be mentioned on the product page itself. 
  • Please note that colors of products may differ due to the resolution of your monitor screen.

Exchanges and Refunds:

  • Products sent out by us are 100% checked for severe defects.
  • If you received a wrong or damaged product, do notify us through the Contact Us Form or email: immediately when you received the product. From there, our team will do our best to assist you.
  • Small defects such as minor manufacturing problem are not available for exchange or refunds.
  • We would process your refund within 2-4 working days upon receiving the damage or exchange items. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
  • Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. 
  • All sales are final, meaning exchanges or refunds are not allowed for customers that are not happy with the color/design of the product upon receiving. (You should confirm your order upon checking out)

Items out of stock by a rare chance:

Although we carefully manage our stock of items, there is a rare chance that the product you ordered might be out of stock. If the items you ordered are out of stock, a notification e-mail will be sent to you to select options of alternative products or refund.
