Age 18 & Below:
- Please only place your orders when you have seek your parents’ permission. We are not responsible for any other problems other than the orders.
- Upon receiving products that contain slight defects, we seek your understanding in this matter that there are no perfect squishy & we cannot control certain products containing manufacturing or minor defects.
- Items that are severely defected would be mentioned on the product page itself.
- Please note that colors of products may differ due to the resolution of your monitor screen.
Exchanges and Refunds:
- Products sent out by us are 100% checked for severe defects.
- If you received a wrong or damaged product, do notify us through the Contact Us Form or email: email@example.com immediately when you received the product. From there, our team will do our best to assist you.
- Small defects such as minor manufacturing problem are not available for exchange or refunds.
- We would process your refund within 2-4 working days upon receiving the damage or exchange items. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
- All sales are final, meaning exchanges or refunds are not allowed for customers that are not happy with the color/design of the product upon receiving. (You should confirm your order upon checking out)
Items out of stock by a rare chance:
Although we carefully manage our stock of items, there is a rare chance that the product you ordered might be out of stock. If the items you ordered are out of stock, a notification e-mail will be sent to you to select options of alternative products or refund.
